Job Duties:
  • Develop a sales plan that will deliver 50% market penetration to auto dealers in the market and then execute against that plan.
  • Define and execute territory sales plan on target to deliver 50% market penetration via ramp of 3 new sales per month. Conduct monthly sales plan review with ResponseLogix showing plan to meet and exceed sales quotas. Visit each client a minimum of once per month and ideally twice to ensure dealership needs are being met; maintain high rates of retention
  • Manage a software solution sale with a 3 week launch cycle; move the sale through the entire sales process ending after the transition to Professional Services.
  • Be well informed about current industry trends and be able to talk intelligently about our product and the auto industry. Prepare written presentations, reports, price quotations and drive negations in a way that demonstrates excellent knowledge of our industry
  • Upsell and sell additional products/services into existing clients while maintain a pipeline.

Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma Required, Bachelors Degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Strong sales relationships with automotive dealerships in the region
  • Experience selling software or internet based solutions
  • Proven track record of results

  • Positive, results-oriented, and success driven, as shown by territory sales, customer growth and retention
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
